For partially completed projects, Waypoint acts as your construction manager, overseeing the development and construction process to an agreed-upon end solution. Our expert advisors will value engineer the project to seek the most cost effective solutions and to maximize the value of the project while bringing it to a timely conclusion. We will manage all subcontracts and suppliers, assuring timeliness, cost efficiency and quality workmanship and materials.
For completed projects and projects where the investment of additional funds would not be cost effective, Waypoint manages the maintenance of the property in order to preserve its value. We will visit the property regularly and perform necessary maintenance, per a mutually agreed upon plan. We will address concerns by various parties, with particular attention to storm water management, building codes and health department concerns. We will also assist in marketing properties and assist investors and real estate agents with information and access for inspection at your direction. Waypoint has contacts with investors and investment groups interested in acquiring troubled properties and will, if requested, make contact with these investors on your behalf.
